The League of Women Voters of Greater Omaha hosted a candidate forum for all three candidates running for the OPPD Board-Subdivision 4 taped on Tuesday, April 26, 2016. The forum was recorded for Go Vote, Omaha! the League’s television show on KPAO, Omaha’s cable access channel on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. (Cox Channel 22 and CenturyLink Channel 89.) The show is designed to inform viewers about election and public policy issues, engage them in discussion and help them be ready and willing to go vote in elections.

The format for the forum will be as follows:

•  Introduction of candidates by the moderator
•  Each candidate will have one minute for an opening statement.
•  Questions and answers. Each candidate will have up to 90 seconds to answer a question and each candidate will answer the same question. Questions will be prepared by the League of Women Voters.
•  Each candidate will have one minute for a closing statement.
•  Closing by the moderator
